Former Screaming Eagles goalie Philippe Trudeau has signed a professional try-out contract with the AHL's Binghamton Senators. Trudeau spent a season and a half with Cape Breton in 2010-11 and 2011-12, before being traded to the Val D'or Foreurs. He spent this season with the Ottawa 67s in the OHL, who didn't make the playoffs. The signing comes as the Senators goaltending depth has been hit by the injury bug.
